TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Rob Skye films

To reserve the event Date, Client shall pay to Rob Skye upon execution of this Agreement, a non-refundable reservation fee in the amount as shown above. Client understands and agrees that Rob Skye will not book other sessions during this time. In the event that Client cancels the event or fails to attend the event on the event Date, for any reason Rob Skye shall suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain. As such, Client agrees that, in the event of cancellation by Client, such non-refundable reservation fee shall be forfeited by Client and paid to Rob Skye as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. Client and Rob Skye agree that such amount is reasonable. Rob Skye will arrive approximately 1 hour prior to event to set up. This time will not be charged against your total coverage time. Rob Skye uses a small video lights at dimly lit receptions in order to obtain the best quality on the final film. If this light is offensive in any way, we will turn it off, however client shall be aware that the resulting footage without such light may be very dark and exhibit extreme noise grain. We ask that if you do decide to have us turn this light off, that the reception's house lights be turned up in order to obtain the best lighting possible. We are not responsible for poor audio quality coming from a microphone not affiliated with Rob Skye films. Rob Skye films requires that we be given ample time to set up before any main event. We need at least 5 minutes to get our audio recording going and our cameras ready before a big event such as toasts or cake cutting. We are not responsible for missed footage due to poor communication from your wedding coordinator at your event. Please make your coordinator aware of this policy. *Church or location restrictions may prohibit us from obtaining a desirable aisle walk. If we are not allowed to be in the pews or if there is not enough space to accommodate the cinematographer in the ceremony location for the bride's entrance, we will obey church/location rules. Rob Skye will advise your coordinator 30 minutes prior to cut off time to advise you if you would like overtime filming. A meal is required for every cinematographer for any event longer than 4 hours. Rob Skye Does not guarantee every recorded event or audio will make the film. The final film is Rob Skye’s interpretation of your day. A Request for a Reedit can be considered at an extra rate. Raw Video Files are stored in our hard drives for up to 3 weeks after client’s receives final film. After 3 weeks the files are cleared from our hard drives.  Rob Skye retains the right to use this footage for promotional and advertising purposes. This is not limited to displaying the finished edit on our website page and Facebook page. If you wish to NOT have your film submitted for publication, you must make me aware of this and stated in this agreement and a NDA will be provided.If for any reason client will need to reschedule Wedding date due to Covid-19 client can rest assure that Rob Skye films will move the date at no additional charge. If Covid-19 is still present on wedding date client can rest assure that Rob Skye films will film and take the upmost protective measures to ensure safety and follow all the guidelines.
